Exercise will get the blood flowing and there are actual chemical reactions that take place in the brain. It doesn’t take too much time. Breathe deeply and exhale slowly. Take only a couple of minutes and do some stretches. Do some exercises that you like. Some people do pushups while others may just do some sit-ups. It really is simple—But do it. If you have time , take a nice warm shower and relax. THIS WORKS!
Next, everyone needs to have a support network. If you have some people that you are close to, give them a call. Let me tell you this; often the blues are because you have one way of thinking. If you get a different perspective on whatever you are thinking about, you may see things a little differently. Give a friend or relative a talking to. It may make you feel better on whatever may be bothering you at this moment. You have to always remember that this too shall pass. If there is an issue, it will almost always work itself out.
